Susanna Pelagatti is an Associate Professor at the Universita di Pisa, Italy. she graduated from the Universita' di Pisa and owns a PhD from the same university. Since 2005, she has been teaching in the Master on ``Gestione del Software Open Source'' (Management of Open Source Software) aimed at promoting the OS business model in public administration. She currently teaches practical courses using OS software for second year students of the Compter Science curriculum and cooperates with the ``Centro Regionale di Competenza per l'Open Source'' (Regional Centre for OS Competence) founded by Regione Toscana.
