PhD, is Assistant Professor of Organization Studies at Dipartimento Impresa e Lavoro, Università degli Studi di Cassino.
He is member of OrgLab - Laboratory for Organization Studies - where he conducts research on open source software, network structures and coordination mechanisms.
He is currently track chair at EURAM 2010 (European Academy of Management) [ICT enabling Collaboration, Innovation and Knowledge Sharing: emerging “open” phenomena, organizational models and technological tools] and ICIS 2010 (International Conference on Information Systems) [Open Source and the Open Collaboration Process http://icis2010.aisnet.org/track16.htm].
Visiting Scholar at the School of Information Studies, Syracuse University (NY,USA), conducting collaborative research with the Floss group on open source software development, leaded by Prof. Kevin Crowston [2008-2009].
Visiting Professor at the Department of Management and Information Technology, IESEG School of Management, Lille (France) [since a.a. 2005/2006 - today].
Post-doc fellow at the Business Department of Luiss Guido Carli University, Roma [2006-2007].
